I started my communication with Katya Show (who I highly recommend) then she had to leave for a short vacation and I was immediately taken over by another employee, to be taken care of by Katya as soon as she returned. She has dedicated so much of her time and attention to my case, even thou it is just a small business for them. Great experience, highly recommend!

She went above and beyond to explain all the details of the various travel insurance policies that were available. Having Worked myself in customer services for many years, I hate being a customer. I find Particularly frustrating when someone does a hard sell. This was what happened to me on this call. I tend to be a bit prickly when receive phone calls from people selling things, which is why I wanted to do it online I have to admit that the services they provided were 2nd to none. I don’t think I’ve dealt with anyone that’s trying to sell something that was as agreeable, friendly and knowledgeable as this lady. I wish everybody was as positive, friendly, and easy-going as her.
