Elena started the claim for me but whoever I spoke to was able to access the details and assist me when the insurance company/car hire company had to Keep extending the hire contract as my car took longer than expected to repair. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify that we are a DHL Service Point and not DHL itself. As a Service Point, we assist with drop-off and pick-up services but do not have access to DHL’s tracking system or any information regarding the location of packages.
For any issues regarding your delivery, we kindly recommend contacting DHL directly, as they will be able to assist you further.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this company. Customer service (by the English staff in La Xenia) is well below standard - rude in fact. Apparently I just call and they sort everything out in a claim. I needed to claim. Initially didn't' answer emails. So I called and spoke to an another lady (not English) and was helpful but it appears the people in the office don't communicate and the English rep was arguing with me over details. They wouldn't help me find out why my car wasn't finished after weeks so I had to go to the garage with an interpreter to find out. In short - the Spanish speaking insurance company that said they'd sort everything, won't help a non Spanish speaker to sort it out. They have just told me they won't help chase the part. Rude and act they they just can't be bothered.
Thank you for your feedback. However, we need to address a few points regarding your review. We have responded promptly to all your emails, and your claim has been fully attended to. Once your vehicle is in the garage, it is their responsibility to provide you with a repair timeline. As we have previously communicated, it is not within our capacity to track down specific parts for the repair, as only the garage can provide this information.
Please also keep in mind that the garage you selected is your choice, not a recommendation from the insurance company. Additionally, since we are in Spain, it is expected that they will primarily communicate in Spanish.
We apologise if you felt we were inattentive, we invite you to seek other options on renewal.

Experiencia negativa: Paid my insurance money in March but rcvd an email from Liberty in July saying my policy was being cancelled Easycover said it had been paid for that day - although they had my money for 4 mths - tried to cancel due to lack of confidence and mistrust but they refused and said i have to keep it until next renewal.

As we have confirmed on multiple occasions, there are no issues with your policy. As a broker, we temporarily hold your payment and then make block payments to the insurance company at a later date. This is standard procedure. Rest assured, your policy is live, active, and paid for correctly.

Got recommended them for car insurance and ended up getting house and pet insurance from them. They also accommodate my Golden Retriever on every occasion, and now she won't allow me pass without calling in and getting rubs.

Experiencia negativa: The staff are great in the office but when one of them forgets to pass on details and it affects my courtesy car, then things change . Just read courtesy car details clearly and all should be ok. What should have been 35 days courtesy car ended up 20 because of misinformation given to me , which it seems it tough . I won’t be using them again purely because they could not apologise and accept a mistake had happened on their part . *** as you will see below they continue to deny what they told me which was I would get a courtesy car once the assessor had been. I asked daily about the assessor to try and get the courtesy car . I waited 2 weeks due to their error that they deny ….. also be away that you have to travel to Alicante train station to collect a car and return it , so not ideal when you don’t have transport as they forgot to tell the assessor and told me I could not have a car until the assessor had made a decision on repair or write off …. I have no reason to lie or exaggerate what was said to me and I messaged often to say i was desperate for transport . I was told also that my courtesy car would be renewed and I would receive a text, you then told me it needed to be back the same day and I was charged by the car company , again because of misinformation. I’am guessing you will try to blame that on me also . I have been with them for years and never a problem or a claim and one small oversight in my first faultless claim could have been sorted instead they choose to blame me and will not accept what they told me. For that reason I will be cancelling all my insurances on renewal and using Jennifer Cunningham who actually worked out cheaper and with more benefits . A simple acknowledgement of your error and acceptance of what was told to me could have prevented this. You need to understand that smiling and taking payment it great but when someone has a claim and it is their first one ever and they ask for assistance from you , that if you tell them a courtesy car will only start from when the assessor makes a decision , it is believed , if you tell them a Courtesy car will be extended automatically , it will be believed .

We acknowledge the oversight in initially logging the assessment incorrectly, for which we have already extended our apologies.However, it is important to note that this oversight did not impact the cover of your courtesy car.
The courtesy car was made available to you from the moment your vehicle entered the garage. While it was not immediately taken up due to your preference against travelling for collection resulting in loss of days of cover.

Experiencia negativa: Use cheaper company I use Spanish company more Spanish citizen. 30-40 percent cheaper it’s a reason they Profit against foreigners, I have used this company before not bad but I want to say you can get it cheaper.

However Easycover have gone above and beyond and have fought hard for the last 5 months for you to receive a pay out from the third party company for the damages that were caused to your car from the incorrect battery. Experiencia negativa: Well, They do have a few polite and professional ladies working there and very superb at making your Insurance purchase for home, car and travel very Easy as the name says. "Easy Cover" However, when we went to make a claim, that's a different story. Their true colours came out. They work with sub contractors who are very unprofessional and do not follow through on their work. We had to chase down our claim and return to Easy Cover office 4 times to track our claim from many weeks ago with their promises and reassurance all will be good, but this never happened. Today we are still waiting for confirmation when they will repair the work in our home. I told the office to cancel their contractors and request new ones but was shut down immediately by one of the Easy Cover desk girls. Maybe she didn't like the direct questions I was asking or couldn't reply with intelligent answer to solve the problem from their end. For us, truly not a good experience so we have changed Insurance companies after many years of supporting them without a claim. This is a legitimate review based on our experience.
