Experiencia negativa: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have 2 insurance policies with them home and car. I had a leak in my apt the drain to the shower base was cracked due to this I had alot of damp issues too. The insurance refused to pay out they would not respond to any emails so all comunication went through C1 brokers. The brokers told me leaks wernt covered in my policy yet it was clearly stated they are. In the end I had no choice to repair the problem myself as told by C1 and send the invoice to the insurance (Zurich). Never heard anything after sending lots of emails even after getting the ombudsman involved the only email I received from them that the claim Is now closed. They never paid me a penny it cost me 2,734€. I really don't see the point in having insurance if they don't pay out for leaks. C1 brokers were on the insurance side and told me that I cant always get my own way! My car insurance refused to pay when I had a bump luckily it was just the bumper that was damaged. The garage informed me it needed a new bumper as the old one couldn't be fixed. The insurance refused to pay for a new bumper saying the old one can be fixed. The garage refused to fix the old bumper so I had no choice to pay for a new one myself at the cost of 734€. The insurance company again would not communicate with myself only through C1 brokers. They have offered me 100€ 3 weeks after it first went into the garage but I'm obviously not going to except that. This claim is also in the hands of the ombudsman which I beleive will also not go anywhere. You will not be covered by the insurance company that C1 recommend they have been of no help what so ever and caused alot of unnecessary stress. Someone on a fb group was asking for recommendations for insurance so I advised her not to go through this company ....I then received threats from C1 to take down emails I put on this post from them to myself they told me I would be denounced if I did not comply with there instructions. I've never been treated so bad by a broker and insurance companies. There seems to be alot of good reviews people saying they've got a good deal...that's what I thought to until I tried to claim!..... Reply .... I received no Assesment from the adjuster over my leakage. I beleive if a garage that built the car says it needs a new part then that's what should be done. The emails I posted from yourselves were not misleading at all they were just showing the truth how can I tamper with an email? As for threats you did threaten me with being denounced if I didn't remove these emails hence proof you were embarrassed by them. It's nothing to do with 'not getting my own way' it's getting what I paid for. I have every right to give my opinion which your obviously not happy about its seems your the ones not happy about 'getting your own way'!!!!! Strange how your now pretending to be so helpful...

I contacted him via email and he searched for the best car insurance quote for me, as soon as I chose the cover that I wanted it was organised immediately and I was emailed the policy. Being able to do this in English made this very easy for me as I'm only a couple of years into Spanish lessons and often legal documents can be very tricky to do without a translator. I highly recommend William.
