Experiencia fantástica: Can't recommend enough You don't know how good an insurance company is until you need them. Car accident on a Friday evening 8ish called a couple of times no answer. Then katya called me back sorted everything, spoke to the other driver as he was Spanish, sorted grua ect. Then she called Monday morning to arrange everything else including courtesy car. The whole way through katya kept in contact making sure we were happy. Thank you for making a bad event the least painful it could have been. As I said you don't know until you need to use an insurance company, but katya did everything possible to help nothing to much trouble. From someone who has had to use the service I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Thank you katya

Their communication & responses to any queries are dealt with almost immediately and they offer a friendly and professional service. We used them for car insurance, life insurance policies, public liability insurance for my construction company, pet insurance and private medical insurance policies. They would always send out email reminders when policies were due to be renewed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
