Experiencia negativa: La atencion del cliente es malisima. Te venden la poliza, pero despues si tenes unas consultas, o iniciar un siniestro tardan en contestar, o directamente no te contestan. Tenia que llamar yo mismo a la compania de suguro y hacer el seguimiento.

Experiencia negativa: Try and make a claim they come out with excuses not to pay out. Also had to wait around for three weeks for a answer. Would never use them again they sell a policy saying one thing but then say that’s not covered. Prey on expats not wanting to deal in Spanish.

Experiencia negativa: Not happy at all. My father in law passed away some 4 years ago and the around that time his car was damaged by the floods, which ruined the engine. We contacted this company which had the insurance and proceeded as instructed by them. At the time we were told everything would be sorted by them upon the car being assessed and paid out .some 4 years later my mother who don't understand car insurance at all was still paying the suma for it until I looked into her finances. I contact hanna and monica by email and telephone to be told its nothing to do with them and to take it to a lawyer. Real customer service. Hence me warning you all that you don't always get what you pay. My advice to steer clear. So very unhelpful company for expats

Experiencia fantástica: Seit vielen Jahren bin ich bei SunBay der Monika Krysztofiak in Torrevieja mit meinem PKW versichert. Bis vor 4 Wochen schadensfrei Dann der Gau : Ausgerechnet bei einem Deutschlandaufenthalt ein Unfall mit dem BMW X5. Schadenssumme lt. Kostenvoranschlag ca. 3500 €. Ich kontaktierte die Agentur.( SunBay,Torrevieja,s.o. ) Das Ergebnis : Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde die Versicherung ( hier. CASER ) informiert und eingeschaltet. Sämtliche notwendigen Formalien wurden mir verständlich und ohne Zeitverzögerung mitgeteilt. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit waren sämtliche Erfordernisse erledigt. Und das unheimlich freundlich und ohne Ungeduld. ( bei meiner Ungeduld als versicherungstechnischer Analphabet ) Was Ana Vandesyke als Angestellte von SunBay in den Stunden + Tagen nach dem Unfall " möglich gemacht hat , war schlicht sensationell.Selbst Angestellte der Vertragswerkschaft in Deutschland, denen ich den Mailverkehr mit Frau Vandesyke zeigte meinten ": So Eine brauchen wir hier." Sollte diese Agentur alle ihre Aufgaben so bewältigen wie meinen Schadensfall, wären zumindest alle deutschsprachigen Ein-und Anwohner in der Gegend Torrevieja gut beraten, sich an Monika Krysztofiak und ihre Agentur zu wenden. In meinem Fall nur ein ganz herzliches : DANKE SCHÖN
