I can find a cheaper policy online, but I keep coming back to this team as they provide excellent customer service and know what they are talking about. The team are there instantly on the end of the phone, all English speaking, and genuinely care about looking after you. Cant rate highly enough!

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend them to anyone! When I got my car insurance they were very helpful. I sold my car in March and since I paid for the whole year in one go (I will never do that again!), I asked for a proportional refund of the annual fee. The admin suddenly became unreachable, I kept getting emails that he was on vacation. Then I wrote to the office, they wrote back to look into the matter. Now it's July, but they only send their offers...

Lady dealing with me (Michelle) took details of requirements and emailed quote to me 45 minutes later. Also rang to inform me quote was done. Email contained all necessary details and included some options. Price was good compared to others but service was excellent compared to another nearby broker where I was kept waiting and ignored before walking out. Decided to go with Ibex based mainly on service experience but also price, purchase made by phone and email easily. Would definitely recommend.

So it seems that should you have any serious illness you are penalised and are unable to secure insurance even though it was to say final goodbye to family. I am currently in good health given the circumstances and may live for years but that did not seem to matter.

Experiencia negativa: Over three weeks since our original complaint was made, a week since I received an acknowledgement on here that our problem was being looked at, over a week since we sent all of our receipts and proof of the problems we had that were not dealt with by our insurance and still not even an return email acknowledging anything we have sent, abysmal. Do not use this company. They are very nice when you don't need help from them. But as soon as you need them they'll leave you high and dry. Broke down in France, after 2 days they washed their hands of us. Leaving us stranded with no support. Happy to leave me, my daughter and our dog completely helpless.
