Experiencia fantástica: Spanish car insurance it more expensive than the UK however Ibex are the best option for Brits. They have English speaking staff and prices are reasonable. I have had to ask a couple of times for my documents as they are not always immediately available when you renew and then I forget to ask for them and find out later I don't have them.... remember they are a legal requirement to carry in the vehicle.

Experiencia negativa: Went to do our annual Travel insurance, the guy called Jamie was no longer to young women instead couldn't pay by cash or machine 4G WiFi useless they wouldn't give us their code for normal wifi, very rude and giggling not helpful. Will not be using in future! Plus every year although we have not made a claim our policy has gone up.

While the operative from their windscreen repair agent was somewhat inconclusive as to who and when we could go to for repairs - possibly due to the lateness of our call on a Friday afternoon - on the Monday when speaking to Ainharra, in a plea for assistance, within an hour she had sorted us out with a confirmed appointment in the agent's office in Santiago de Compostela. Experiencia negativa: In October 2020 we purchased travel insurance for a 7 day cruise to sail 15 January 2021. In late October the cruise was cancelled by the cruise company. Ibex were notified immediately and a refund requested or credit note. After months of waiting, Ibex has only offered half the premium. NOT GOOD OR HONEST SERVICE.
