Once the car was converted to Spanish plates she processed the refund from the the first policy and issued a new policy seamlessly. No effort or stress for me. Also the second policy she found was much cheaper than any other broker was offering. Really happy. Highly recommend using Maria for all your insurance needs.

Experiencia negativa: Be very careful with this insurance broker. One you will get into an accident, the communication will be very bad and they will not help you in any way. I had an accident with my car, and the repair company that BMI arranged for me was very unprofessional. The company painted parts of my car in a totally different color than the car is (see the pictures!) I tried to get to a solution with Miguel from BMI, but he isn't doing anything else than try to sell me other insurance policies. Now i am already a week without a car.

We have new security employees in our Urb. and they are apparently not able to forward us the mail. As a result, the car insurance has cancelled the insurance coverage with us. Maria organized a new car insurance for me on the same day, which is even cheaper than the previous one. I call that a professional and friendly service.
