Experiencia fantástica: Just the BEST Insurance From the first moment I contacted Andrea from Just Insurance, her level of customer care was exemplary. She speaks English and Spanish. We live in Valencia but purchased a car near Barcelona. I had no intention of driving it back until I had insurance. It took some doing from the auto dealer to supply a provisional title in my name but it was done. I only had 24 hours to secure the insurance so we could drive home the next afternoon. Andrea had gone to the emergency room that day for a personal matter but still managed to call me to complete the transaction and answer all of my many questions so I could secure the policy in a timely manner. My husband wanted me to get a policy with a higher deductible, but she provided a policy with great coverage with a low deductible at an excellent price. Everything was completed and I drove home confidently with insurance. When I encountered my first fender bender, I called Andrea and again her unsurpassed customer service shown through. She submitted the claim for me and instructed me what to do when dealing with filling out the paperwork with the other driver. BUT, she didn’t stop there. She continued to follow up with me during the very slow process of getting an appointment with the workshop to assess the damage, scheduling the claims accessor, getting the claim approved so it cost me nothing (the accident was not my fault), and finally getting the repair done. Andrea is an insurance agent who CARES about her clients and works on your behalf. When something goes wrong, she is there by your side. Again, I couldn’t believe her level of follow up to ensure I had a successful outcome. On top of all that, the cost of the insurance in relationship to the coverage is excellent. I can’t recommend Andrea of Just Insurance enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Andrea at Just Insurance was wonderful at explaining every step to getting auto insurance as a non- citizen of Spain. She was very patient with me and thanks to her and Just Insurance, I feel I am fully covered for whatever lies down the road!

Experiencia negativa: I cannot agree with many of the reviews here of this company. Our experience was anything but good. We took out a very expensive house insurance policy through this company and all was fine until the storms last year when our electric awning was blown off the wall. I thought we had a good insurance policy (Zurich) Our management company took a video showing the damage and we sent this to the broker to pass on to the insurance company. Again at this point all seemed fine. We heard nothing for months and initially we agreed this was due to a large number of claims due to the bad storms. After a while we started to get concerned and sent numerous emails to the broker asking for updates. These were few and far between in terms of responses leaving me to phone Zurich and speaking to them via an interpreter. Zurich did say and I agree the broker should be doing this.I spent over an hour trying to communicate. After this we got a message from Zurich paying 300 Euros into our account and closing the claim. The awning cost 2400 Euros and fitting around 400 Euros Again we complained to this broker and sent them a statement from the fitters who said the awning was not repairable. Again numerous messages and emails from us mostly unanswered. What I was questioning is the insurance company, despite saying they would, never came and inspected the damage. They assessed by the video we sent. I asked how you can see inside an electric machine and see the internal parts from a video. Apparently the insurance and the broker agree this is a proper inspection. Also they both agree that we have not presented evidence that the awning is unrepairable despite us sending a statement from the fitters saying it is not. They did not answer when I asked what other proof I could possibly provide. So thanks to this we are over 2000 Euros out of pocket. We have had no assistance from this broker and I would never use them again nor Zurich. Be warned FOLLOW UP TO THIS CASE Despite their response to my review and offers to help if we reached out. This is pure sound bytes to try and appear helpful. I received a curt email from an anonymous member of staff at this insurance brokers stating I could deal with Zurich myself, (even though they were paid for the year and the policy is still live). I emailed them stating I had no, and I mean nothing, from them informing me of any emails to Zurich or notes of any conversations and could they provide this. Their helpful response was to ignore me. I wish I could give them NO stars AVOID if you don't want to be ripped off
