We had an accident in France, Lucia did tell us at the onset of the claim that it would take a while, which it did but we did have to ask about the progress several times. At the conclusion we were misinformed about the payment which meant that we paid 300 euros to the garage, there appears to have been some confusion by Liberty Seguros which has left us chasing the refund.
