INOV Expat a su me rassurer et me procurer cette sensation d’être arrivée à bon port, par la qualité de son offre de service et son écoute bienveillante. M. Benjamin Berhault et son équipe participent à votre installation aussi sincèrement que si c’était à nouveau pour eux encore la première fois, ne lésinant pas à nourrir vos interrogations d’anecdotes qui réconfortent votre manque, votre peur ou encore vos doutes. C’est ce que je nomme l’empathie — ou encore le vrai service — que je recommande sans réserve. Dans une Espagne pas forcément administrativement évidente, mon propos ne se veut pas uniquement un écrit de plus, mais une véritable réflexion pesée, mesurée et assumée. Si vous recherchez une équipe fiable et attentionnée pour vous accompagner dans votre installation, je ne peux que vous les recommander.

Experiencia fantástica: Janys Jalabert was a superstar in our Spanish NLV visa process. We unexpectedly had 4 days to complete our visa paperwork. He turned around a compliant health insurance policy in just a couple of days from initial contact. He was SUPER helpful in explaining our product options and choices, and making sure all our documents were completed properly for visa submission. He did this all super efficiently and with clarity to make sure we got exactly what we needed in time for our visa appointment. We are extremely glad we chose Janys and would recommend him hands down for anyone interested in getting a health insurance policy in Spain.

Experiencia negativa: Les tarifs sont attractifs la première année, on vous annonce une hausse pour la deuxième année sans moyen de négocier , et ils vous reprennent encore 40€ de soit disant gestion alors qu ils ne font strictement rien une fois votre contrat signé avec l assureur. Les augmentations que vous mentionnez ne relèvent pas de notre volonté, mais s’expliquent par une hausse généralisée dans le secteur de l’assurance. Ces derniers temps, la fréquence et l’intensité des événements naturels ont conduit la plupart des compagnies à réévaluer leurs tarifs afin de maintenir un niveau de couverture adapté.
Par ailleurs, les capitaux assurés sont ajustés chaque année pour tenir compte de l’inflation, ce qui peut également influencer le montant des primes. Cela dit, il reste toujours possible de renégocier avec les compagnies ou d’étudier des solutions alternatives si l’assureur actuel ne propose pas d’aménagement. Notre équipe se tient à votre disposition pour vous accompagner dans ces démarches et trouver l’offre la plus avantageuse pour vous.

Experiencia negativa: C'était un très bon courtier en assurances il y a quelques années, mais malheureusement l'équipe a changé. Mauvaise communication, impossibilité de modifier les contrats lors d'un changement de situation, un comportement agressif, et jusqu'au bout mettant des bâtons dans les roues. Ils nous ont créé plus de problèmes qu' apporté de solutions cette année. On a dû cesser notre collaboration avec eux, c'est dommage.

Nous prenons bien sûr votre retour très au sérieux, car chaque avis nous aide à améliorer nos services et notre communication. Toutefois, il nous semble important de rappeler que nous agissons toujours avec transparence, professionnalisme et dans le strict respect des obligations imposées par les compagnies d’assurance et les autorités de régulation.

Même si ce fut un peu compliqué pour les joindre début août, ce qui est compréhensible, compte tenu des congés, une fois le dossier pris en charge, la qualité de service a été irréprochable, Nous étions systématiquement tenu au courant de l’avancement des démarches et avons été indemnisés très rapidement malgré les congés d’août. Je ne peux que recommander de faire appel à eux pour vos Assurances

Experiencia negativa: At one time 3 years ago, I had nothing but a positive experience with INOV Expat in obtaining insurance for a motorbike. Fast forward 3 years later with a different team in place when I need insurance for a new car, while initially quick to respond for an insurance quote, the response on closing the deal has been absent. Don't expect a response or action of any kind after lunch. Maybe I'm biased from a previous life in the USA, but I gave 2 days for what should take no longer than a few hours to accomplish and couldn't even get status updates before the end of the day....let alone a long holiday weekend. When it comes to significantly priced and highly important purchases, maybe I'm wrong, but I expect a level of customer service that equates the high cost I'm paying. As a 5 year expat, I've now realized that I'm better off no longer identifying as an expat and just working with the locals directly. Pure laziness on their part, who doesn’t follow up on open customer service tickets before the end of the day whether you can follow through out not???Communication goes a long way
